Just pointing out the truth as I always do and have the qualifications to do after following sports sports service and their modus operandi

It looks like the current definition of the word "dink" may have changed over the years and that you were using it in the older context!!
My apologies if that is the case.
I always interpreted the word to be a slang and negative word using this definition:

I have a good long-term memory by not as good a long-term memory which does lapse as one gets older.
Anyways, to the point regarding the word "dink" which I can't recall ever seen in at least the last 10-20 years, when you did post the word,
all of a sudden out of nowhere for some inexplicable reason it brought back a moment to my college days in the 60's when
I was chatting in the lobby of my dorm with a friend who also lived in the dorm!!
To cut to the chases, while we were chatting, this nerdy looking student who also lived in the dorm and who just about everyone thought was
totally obnoxious strolled by us!!
A few seconds after he passed by and could no longer hear what we were saying, said to me there goes the "wicked dink!"
Up until then I had never even heard the word used , but simply concluded rightfully that it was a derogatory one and
rightfully so!!
End of story!! lol
I cant stop laughing. college kids throwing around the word dink in 60s. LOL, as if the college kids, who went that path (Avoided Honor)...would have Any understanding of the word. sounds like the young ens throwing around a word, at someones back no less, looking to impress. and who was impressed by the moment & remembers?
